Before proceeding with our services, please read and understand the following terms and conditions, which are intended to protect both you as the customer and us as your service provider: 1. Service Limitations While we strive to deliver exceptional service, the condition of your vehicle—including age, mileage, prior maintenance, and material types—may affect the final result. We will perform all services to the best of our ability, using professional-grade tools and products, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, especially in cases involving deeply embedded stains, scratches, or permanent material wear. 2. Liability Havana Rides Detailing Inc. is not liable for any mechanical or electrical issues that arise during or after the detailing process, especially if unrelated to our work (e.g., battery failure, electronic malfunction, etc.). We are not responsible for damage unless it is the direct result of proven negligence during the course of service. 3. Pre-Existing Conditions & Vehicle Inspections To ensure transparency, we strongly recommend a visual walk-around of the vehicle with a member of our team prior to service. In the absence of this walk-around, Havana Rides Detailing Inc. is not responsible for any alleged damage that was not documented before the service began. Existing dents, scratches, cracks, or wear-and-tear are considered pre-existing and are not the responsibility of our team unless documented otherwise. 4. Personal Belongings & Items Left in Vehicle We kindly ask that all personal belongings and valuables be removed from your vehicle prior to service. Havana Rides Detailing Inc. is not responsible for the loss, damage, or misplacement of any items left inside the vehicle, unless such items are specifically listed and acknowledged in writing prior to service. This includes, but is not limited to, cash, electronics, documents, jewelry, and accessories. Vehicles will be cleaned thoroughly, which may include moving or adjusting seats and compartments, so please ensure all items are removed or secured. 5. Chemical Sensitivities & Allergies We use industry-standard detailing products and cleaning agents. If you, your family members, or regular passengers have any known allergies or sensitivities, please notify us prior to your appointment.
